Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Bitunix Group is building a regulated digital-asset exchange in El Salvador with ambitions to become a trusted, scalable, and technology-led platform for the next generation of financial services. We are seeking a Chief Technology & Risk Officer who can bring technology and risk together.
This role requires deep technical understanding, the ability to challenge risk decisions, and the skill to translate complexity into a secure, compliant, and scalable platform.
We are building a regulated digital-asset exchange in El Salvador with ambitions to become a trusted, scalable, and technology-led platform for the next generation of financial services.
We believe technology and risk cannot operate as separate functions. In a crypto exchange, the platform, security architecture, operational resilience, financial crime controls, custody, regulatory obligations, and customer trust are deeply interconnected.
We are looking for a Chief Technology & Risk Officer (CTRO) who can bring these disciplines together.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to manage an engineering organization or oversee a risk function. We need someone who can understand the technology at depth, challenge risk decisions, build institutional-grade controls, and translate complexity into a platform that is secure, resilient, compliant, and capable of scaling.
A crypto exchange is ultimately a trust business.
Customers trust us with their assets and personal information. Regulators trust us to operate responsibly. Banking and liquidity partners trust our controls. And the business depends on technology that can perform reliably under extreme market conditions.
Our next stage of growth requires a leader who can build the technology and risk foundations to support that ambition.
The CTRO will therefore play a central role in defining how the company operates - not only how it builds software.
You will have direct influence over technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, operational resilience, enterprise risk, technology risk, business continuity, and the control environment surrounding digital assets.
