Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in chemical-related fields.
• Strong chemical subject-matter expertise and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to chemistry prompts.
• Classify content as Benign, Dual-Use, or Adversarial.
• Assess technical accuracy and safety of responses.
• Compare and rank AI responses.
• Identify errors, omissions and safety concerns.
• Write expert reference responses.
• Participate in quality review and calibration.

Pasiflora AI has immediate openings for Chemical AI Safety Annotators & Subject Matter Experts to evaluate AI-generated responses in chemistry and chemical-safety scenarios.

We're looking for experienced professionals who can apply their real-world chemical expertise to assess whether AI responses are accurate, appropriate, and safe.

Ideal backgrounds include

Chemistry / Organic Chemistry Analytical Chemistry Chemical Engineering Toxicology Pharmacology Biochemistry Pharmaceutical Sciences Materials Science Industrial Hygiene Environmental Health / EHS Occupational or Process Safety Forensic Chemistry Chemical Security Environmental Science

Experience may include: synthetic or analytical chemistry, toxicology, chemical/process safety, hazardous materials, exposure assessment, regulatory work, chemical security, or related professional experience.
