Qualificações

  • Experiência em gestão de canais e marketing.
  • Capacidade de conduzir análises de mercado e desenvolver estratégias de marketing.
  • Fluência em Português e Inglês; Espanhol é um diferencial.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerir e desenvolver canais de OEMs, integradores de sistemas e distribuição especializada.
  • Criar e executar estratégias de marketing e planos de crescimento.
  • Realizar análises de mercado e monitorar o desempenho do canal.

Job Description

The Channel Manager will be responsible for managing and developing OEMs, System Integrators, and Specialized Distribution channels. This role involves creating and executing marketing strategies, developing strategic growth plans, and coordinating training and support initiatives for channel partners. The goal is to maximize channel performance and align business tactics with the company's objectives. Although this position does not have direct reports, it requires strong influence management skills.

Responsibilities:

Channel Management:

OEMs:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns for OEM customers focusing on retention and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to monitor channel performance and optimize strategies as needed.
  • Develop and review strategic growth plans for OEM channels, such as machine builders, machine integrators, and IADs.

System Integrators:

  • Manage the alliance partner program, including pitching, onboarding, training, platform, and performance monitoring.
  • Align tactics and business plans of system integrators with the objectives in the AMSP and AOP.
  • Coordinate local marketing initiatives, leveraging resources and best practices from global teams.
  • Identify new system integrators to contribute to Industry Automation growth.

Specialized Distribution:

  • Define the GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy for distribution and e-commerce, integrating the Industry Automation channel strategy.
  • Manage the digital experience end-to-end and implement digital excellence for partners.
  • Define and implement marketing campaigns with distribution partners.
  • Monitor channel performance against distribution and e-commerce goals and recommend corrective actions.

Market and Performance Analysis:

  • Conduct market analysis including sizing, share, customer trends, technology, and competitor analysis to identify threats and opportunities.
  • Monitor channel performance and suggest corrective actions to drive growth.

Influence Management:

  • Lead the channel marketing team, including setting goals, development plans, evaluations, hiring, and training.
  • Mentor local distribution channel marketing team members.
  • Influence commercial teams with the latest channel and technology trends to foster channel development.

Strategy Development:

  • Define the GTM strategy for Industry Automation distribution, including omnichannel approaches and business development through the distribution channel.
  • Influence commercial teams with the latest trends to support channel growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in channel management, marketing, or sales.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and develop marketing strategies.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with digital tools and e-commerce platforms.

Work Location:

  • São Paulo, Brazil (remote within Brazil acceptable).

Reports To:

  • Industry Director.
