Position title: E&I Maintenance Planner
Location: Windsor Locks, USA
Purpose of the job: Provides liaison and facilitator support services to the Project Engineering & Plant Engineering/Maintenance staff. Primary responsibility is to process and maintain all documentation related to the computerized maintenance management program (SAP) applications within the maintenance and engineering organization. Prepares essential reports and provides administrative and communication support services to ensure effective maintenance informational flow.
Main responsibility areas:
Communication:
Internally: Work with maintenance manager, MRO, E&I leads, and supervisors to ensure that all parts are inventoried and accounted for.
Externally: Understand and build relationships with external parties to strengthen and sustain competitive advantage.
Experience and education:
Diploma plus demonstrated and highly developed computer literacy and administrative skills. 5-8 years experience working in office administrative functions, specifically in maintenance operations and computerized maintenance management systems.
Formal education: Associate degree in Business Management or 3 years’ experience equivalent.
Must have strong commitment to safe work practices.
