Responsibilities include onboarding, regular check-ins, serving as main contact, using AI tools for navigation and documentation, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. Nursing or social work background and 3+ years in clinical or service roles preferred.

We’re Hiring: Care Coordinator

Location: On-site (HIPAA-compliant office)

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday with weekend rotations

Role 1: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat | 11 AM – 8 PM EST

Role 2: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, Sun | 10 AM – 7 PM EST
