As an Indirect Buyer, you will play a key role in building a more strategic and business-oriented Procurement function. You will work with autonomy, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and have strong international exposure, leading initiatives that directly impact operational efficiency and competitiveness.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement for Latin America, your mission will be to develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect categories, always with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), quality, delivery, sustainability, and innovation.
Your responsibilities will include
What you’ll bring to the team:
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5–7 years of experience in Procurement, with a focus on indirect categories.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and operate in dynamic, multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is mandatory.
Will be considered a plus experiences on:
• Previous experience in consumer goods or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
• Experience in sourcing third-party services, maintenance, IT, and admin categories.
• Participation in digital transformation or Procurement 4.0 initiatives.
