Position Details

Model: Hybrid in Barueri

Summary

Responsible for negotiating direct and indirect materials and services. Has basic knowledge of the organization and company. Negotiates acquisitions of items, services, and contracts.

Main Responsibilities

1. Negotiate and purchase raw materials, consumables, indirect materials, and services, respecting Delegation of Authority (DOA) limits and aligning with managers and regional procurement teams.
2. Develop procurement strategies for local product categories.
3. Prepare and coordinate RFQs/RFPs within DOA limits.
4. Negotiate contracts with oversight from management and legal teams.
5. Verify procurement requests for compliance.
6. Issue purchase orders based on negotiated terms.
7. Review and ensure accuracy of POs, including delivery address, supplier information, payment conditions, and notes.
8. Ensure receipt confirmations and delivery commitments from suppliers.
9. Maintain supplier data in the system.
10. Analyze proposals and negotiate deals.
11. Prepare periodic reports (weekly, procurement dashboard).
12. Follow corporate procurement processes in local operations.
13. Use procurement tools and adhere to company policies daily.
14. Commit to quality, safety standards, and company procedures.
15. Report on negotiation gains following corporate procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Knowledge of cost formation.
• Analytical skills with data.
• Stakeholder management.
• Basic logistics understanding.
• Proficiency in Windows, Internet, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Advanced English skills.
