Caterpillar Brazil is seeking a Business Support Assistant to perform accounting tasks in the Analytics CoE. The role includes supporting cost monitoring for machines and components, analyzing source changes, and assisting with the Standard Cost Revision process.

You will participate in improvement initiatives and collaborate with global teams on-site in Piracicaba, São Paulo. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and English proficiency to engage with international

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress (expected graduation by mid-2027).
• Knowledge of financial analysis, cost management, and product structure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Pre-Advanced English level to participate in daily interactions with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Performs various accounting tasks in support of the Analytics CoE (Center of Excellence).
• Support the cost monitoring process for machines and components produced at Caterpillar.
• Support analysis for component source changes and other comparative studies.
• Support the SCR (Standard Cost Revision) process.
