Caterpillar Inc. in Brazil is seeking a Finance/Analytics professional to support the Analytics CoE, focusing on cost monitoring, financial analysis, and process improvement within a global, inclusive culture.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying Power BI, VBA, Python, and AI tools to enable data-driven decisions. On-site five days a week with competitive benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in progress (expected graduation by mid-2027).
• Knowledge of financial analysis, cost management, and product structure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Pre-Advanced English level, with the ability to participate in daily interactions with global teams, including meetings, presentations, and written communication.

Job Summary

Performs various accounting tasks in support of the Analytics CoE (Center of Excellence).

What You Will Do

Possible areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Support the cost monitoring process for machines and components produced at Caterpillar.

• Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and leading cross-functional initiatives and projects.


• Advanced to Fluent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders in a dynamic international environment.
