Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Manager in Brazil to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on financial visibility, governance, and process improvement, with ownership of data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will oversee P&L performance, forecasting, pricing scenarios, and cost optimization while driving operational excellence through automation and BI tools. Strong stakeholder engagement and English proficiency (B2) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in Senior/Lead/Manager roles.
• Experience in Business Operations, FP&A, or similar roles.
• Strong P&L analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze P&L performance, support forecasting and resource planning, evaluate pricing scenarios, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Manage business reviews, KPIs, revenue commitments, forecasts, and deliver accurate leadership reporting.
• Partner with Client Partners and cross-functional teams on commercial activities, renewals, and risk management.
• Standardize workflows and improve reporting accuracy using automation, BI tools, and AI to boost efficiency.
