A Ecosistemas Global procura um Desenvolvedor de BI SR para atuar em um contexto remoto no Brasil. O profissional irá projetar, desenvolver e manter soluções de BI escaláveis, dashboards e modelos de dados, além de liderar iniciativas analíticas com stakeholders.

É exigida fluência em inglês, 5–10 anos de experiência em BI/Data, domínio de Power BI/DAX, SQL e serviços como BigQuery. A função envolve horário Brasil/USA CT e atuação remota com colaboração global.

Qualificações

• 5–10 anos de experiência em BI, Data Analytics ou Data Engineering.
• Fluent English (obrigatório).
• Sólida experiência com Power BI, DAX, Azure Analysis Services e SQL.

Responsabilidades

• Desenhar, desenvolver e manter soluções de BI escaláveis, dashboards e modelos de dados.
• Construir frameworks de KPI e assegurar qualidade dos dados com validação e testes.
• Traduzir necessidades de negócios em soluções técnicas e liderar iniciativas analíticas com equipes transversais.
• Otimizar processos de dados e contribuir para as melhores práticas de BI.

We operate in more than 15 countries, including Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Mexico, the United States and Spain.With 30 years of experience and a multidisciplinary team of more than 500 professionals, we are driven by the commitment to grow each project and client we work with.¡We want you to be part of this great team!What are we looking for?An **Business Intelligence Developer SR** to join an important hearing products company **(PJ Contract).** Workplace: Sao Paulo - 100% remoteModality: Remote Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m USA CT Time- **(So you will work 12:00h to 21:00h BRASIL TIME)****Work will be performed on US time, observing US holidays.****¿What will your responsibilities be?**In this role, you will have the opportunity to:* Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions, dashboards, and data models.* Build KPI frameworks and ensure data quality through robust validation and testing.* Translate business needs into technical solutions.* Lead analytics initiatives with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.* Optimize data processes and contribute to BI best practices.* Research and recommend innovative analytics technologies and solutions.¿What do we need?That you have:5–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering. **Fluent English (required).** Strong experience with Power BI, DAX, Azure Analysis Services, and SQL. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery & Composer). Knowledge of dbt, ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern data stack concepts. Experience with Git and version-controlled analytics workflows. Strong data modeling, visualization, and stakeholder management skills.
