Business Intelligence Analyst, Global Operations Learning & Development (GOLD)

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our GOLD (Global Operations Learning and Development) team. This position will drive analytics goals across ROW (Rest of World), including Brazil, Mexico, UAE, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Singapore, Australia, supporting our mission to enhance employee experiences and help WW Operations employees reach their full potential through L&D solutions.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. GOLD Reporting and Analysis:
   • Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements;
   • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources;
   • Deliver accurate, timely reports and analyses;
   • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Analytical Automation:
   • Evaluate and implement automation solutions;
   • Design and deploy reporting architecture and dashboards;
   • Update best practices knowledge;
   • Lead work elimination initiatives.
3. Knowledge Management:
   • Develop and maintain SOPs, metric databases, and Wikis;
   • Document historical insights and processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
• Proven experience in data analysis and business insights;
• Proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots);
• Proficiency in BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau);
• SQL expertise;
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight);
• Background in business/data analysis;
• Fluent English;
• Track record of stakeholder influence and business recommendations.
