Pride Global is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design and deliver enterprise-grade dashboards for senior client leadership. The role emphasizes self-serve reporting assets, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration across IT and data engineering.

You will build semantic data models, implement robust data pipelines, and publish dashboards in Power BI Service with automated refreshes and secure access for executives.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, business reviews and reports consumed by high level client leadership.
• Build self-serve reporting assets that empower business stakeholders to explore data independently — without relying on ad-hoc requests.
• Develop mobile-optimized and print-ready report layouts suitable for executive review and client-level presentations.
• Manage Power BI workspaces, datasets, and deployment pipelines across Dev / UAT / Prod environments.
• Build semantic data models (star/snowflake schema) in Power BI using best-practice DAX and M-Query patterns.
• Connect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources — ATS systems, VMS/MSP platforms, Excel/SharePoint, SQL databases, and ERP/HRIS tools.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering to define, document, and maintain data pipelines feeding reporting layers.
• Define and enforce calculation standards for key metrics: headcount, spend, fill rates, requisition aging, profitability, and supplier productivity.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Insight Deliver

• yPartner with business unit leads to understand reporting needs and design purpose-fit solutions
• .Translate business questions into structured analytical briefs before building — ensuring outputs answer the right questions, not just produce visuals
• .Present findings and walk stakeholders through dashboards; communicate data limitations, caveats, and next steps clearly
• .Support recurring business review cycles (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with on-time, accurate report delivery
