Jobtailor is seeking a skilled BI Analyst in São Paulo to design dashboards, reports and KPIs. You will gather requirements from business areas, model data, and build panels in BI tools to provide reliable information for decision-making.

You will validate data quality, support analytics projects, and collaborate with business and tech teams to strengthen data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor level degree in CS/IS/Eng or related field.
• Experience in BI, data analysis and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik Sense and SQL.
• Experience with data modeling, DW and ETL/ELT processes.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and support decision-making.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs.
• Intermediate Office Suite knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Develop dashboards, management reports and KPIs from business requirements.
• Collect, consolidate and interpret data to identify opportunities and deviations.
• Maintain BI solutions with fixes and improvements for data relevance.
• Validate data quality and monitor data load processes.

• Develop dashboards, management reports and performance indicators by gathering requirements from business areas, modeling data and building panels in BI tools to provide reliable information that supports decision-making.
• Perform data and performance indicator analyses by collecting, consolidating and interpreting information from multiple sources to identify opportunities, deviations and support the company’s strategic actions.
• Maintain and enhance Business Intelligence solutions by implementing fixes, continuous improvements and adjustments to business needs to ensure availability, quality and relevance of the provided information.
• Validate and monitor the quality of corporate data by performing consistency analyses, validations and monitoring data load processes to ensure the reliability of information used by the organization.
• Support data and analytics-related projects and requests by interacting with business areas and technical teams to promote the development of an analytical culture and increase operational efficiency.
• Elicit and document information requirements and indicators by conducting meetings and alignments with internal stakeholders to ensure analytical solutions meet business needs.
• Extract and process data from relational databases by creating and optimizing SQL queries and integration processes to provide structured data suitable for corporate analyses.
• Contribute to the governance and standardization of corporate information by applying best practices in modeling, documentation and data quality to strengthen the reliability and strategic use of information in the organization.
• Perform other related duties inherent to the role as required by the area, under leadership guidance and continuous professional development, to contribute to the efficiency of the company’s financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in Business Intelligence (BI), data analysis and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Qlik Sense and SQL.
• Experience with data modeling, Data Warehouse (DW) and ETL/ELT processes.
• Ability to analyze KPIs, generate insights and support decision-making.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into analytical solutions.
• Intermediate knowledge of the Office Suite.
