An established industry player in luxury ocean travel is seeking a passionate Business Development & Sales Professional. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic accounts and grow market share in Brazil. You'll coordinate with headquarters, manage go-to-market strategies, and build strong relationships with partners. Qualificações

  • Minimum 5 years' sales experience in Luxury, Hospitality, or Travel.
  • Strong sales network with established contacts in the region.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate with headquarters on cruise bookings and guest support.
  • Plan and execute trade events and promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners to enhance loyalty.

Leveraging MSC Group's maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (with four more in development) aims to redefine the cruise experience for next-generation luxury travelers. We are seeking a talented Business Development & Sales professional to lead strategic accounts, grow market share, foster brand loyalty, identify new opportunities, and enhance our visibility in Brazil.

Your Impact
  • A minimum of 5 years' sales experience in Luxury, Hospitality, or Travel is required.
  • Experience in luxury cruises is a plus.
  • Strong sales network and reputation, with established contacts in the region.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Experience with reservation and CRM platforms (Versonix and Salesforce preferred).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time.
Your Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with headquarters on cruise bookings, ensuring seamless support for guests and partners.
  • Plan and execute trade events and promotional activities.
  • Manage go-to-market strategies for assigned regions and accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to enhance loyalty.
  • Leverage sales networks and marketing platforms for brand consistency.
  • Conduct business reviews and analyze performance data to meet revenue goals.
  • Oversee marketing plans, ROI, and partner performance reviews.
  • Promote group, incentive, and charter business from assigned accounts.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, understanding channel impacts.
  • Participate in trade events and educational visits to maintain brand visibility.
