Venture Solar is hiring a Business Development Leader.

A Business Development Leader is not a lead generation role where you will be asked to knock on doors or cold call. We are seeking experienced sales representatives who are closers with a successful track record and are looking for the right environment to succeed..
Our appointment setting teams will schedule qualified appointments for you to meet with homeowners and close deals with the best combination of products, services, and track record in the industry.
We view the solar sales process as educational and understand that switching to solar is an emotional decision. We focus on ensuring our customers understand not just how solar works, but also how they can finance their projects, making the benefits clear and trustworthy.

What you’ll bring:

  • Sales experience - Required
  • Outside sales (In-home sales) - preferred
  • Solar experience – welcomed
  • Willingness to learn

  • Base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$250,000)
