Business Development Expert – AI & Automation Services

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive, self-driven, and tech-savvy Business Development Expert to help us penetrate new markets and grow our client base in the field of AI-powered operational process automation .

This is a full-time, mid-to-senior level role designed for someone who thrives in the full sales cycle — from identifying ideal prospects to turning them into long-term clients. You’ll take the lead on prospecting, outbound outreach, discovery calls, and client onboarding , and you’ll stay involved to help nurture relationships and unlock further growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospect Generation : Research industries, identify key targets, and build well-qualified lead lists using AI tools and databases.
  • Cold Outreach : Initiate contact with potential clients via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other platforms to spark interest and generate meetings.
  • Discovery & Solution Mapping : Conduct consultative discovery calls, uncover client needs, and clearly articulate the value of our automation services.
  • Sales Strategy Execution : Use modern sales methods and AI-powered tools to test, adapt, and improve outreach strategies.
  • Client Conversion & Onboarding : Follow through the full cycle — from first contact to closing — ensuring a seamless handoff to the delivery team.
  • Relationship Growth : Maintain strong client relationships and explore additional opportunities for business growth.
  • CRM & Reporting : Keep accurate records of all activities, manage your pipeline, and track performance metrics.

Main Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Experience selling consulting services , AI / automation solutions , SaaS , or platform-based services .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
  • Strong outbound sales experience — comfortable with cold emails, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Tech-savvy and passionate about using AI tools in your workflow; constantly exploring new tools and sales strategies.
  • Analytical, organized, and persistent, with a growth mindset and a self-starter attitude.
  • Curious and research-driven — love solving problems and creating meaningful conversations.
