Job Location: Remote

The client is a vibrant and dynamic company based in Taiwan, with a decade of expertise in creating diverse iGaming content such as slots and fish games, and is seeking to expand into the exciting LATAM market, from Brazil to Mexico. While they have already made a mark in Asia, they are now setting their sights on this new venture.

To lead this ambitious expansion, the company is searching for an energetic and seasoned Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network in the LATAM iGaming world and a proven track record of securing lucrative partnerships in the Casino industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that boost revenue and brand recognition in LATAM.
  • Forge strong relationships with potential clients and industry players, championing the company's values and goals.
  • Spearhead negotiations and contracts with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of B2B online Casino experience, ideally selling gaming content directly or working with aggregators.
  • A well-established network and reputation within the iGaming sector.
  • Preferably based in Brazil.
  • A strong commercial mindset and proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential, with Spanish skills as a plus.
  • A deep understanding of the LATAM gaming market.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative, out-of-the-box thinker.
  • Strong self-management and reporting skills.
  • A positive, honest attitude that fits the open company culture.
The Offer:

The company is offering a monthly payment of $3000 to $5000 plus 2% commission on all new business. A 13th month salary is contemplated as a bonus, based on the most lucrative month.

This position is fully remote from LATAM.
