Your Role And Responsibilities

• Collect, elaborate, elicit, analyze, and document requirements - business and technical.
• Run requirements workshops & events in collaboration with Product Owners, PM, and delivery leadership team.
• Team with Sr Project Manager who leads the overall project effort.
• Good to have Energy Utilities knowledge or experience.
• Documentation knowledge including dataset component mapping artifacts & system integration context documents for complex projects.

Preferred Education

Bachelor's Degree.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Solid experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering methodologies, leading requirement workshops, creating detailed documentation, and requirements traceability.
• Proficiency in Agile & Waterfall approaches.
• Strong visual diagramming skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across technical and business teams.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Energy Utilities knowledge or experience.
