The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product team; working closely with Product Designers, Software Engineers, Customer success and Leadership to optimize our roadmap and align it with business goals and customer needs. In this role, you’ll analyze data, refine processes, and conduct market research to help shape the future of our platform.
Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends, user behavior, and product performance to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and improve product features.
• Conduct data analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Track KPIs and product metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) ; ability to interpret performance metrics and translate into recommendations.
• Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and process optimization.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working remotely in a global or distributed team.
• Previous experience in American or international companies.
• Background in SaaS, cloud technologies, or digital products.

Compensation: Salary range for this role is $30,000 - $40,000, based on experience.Benefits: OneClick code offers generous paid vacations.
