The Brazil Supply Chain Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize cost of the organization's supply chain in the region. This role is also responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities related to International Trade in Brazil, ensuring smooth operations on both imports and exports processes.

This position reports to the Commercial Operations Leader, LATAM and is part of the Commercial Operations team located in Diadema/SP, BR and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on:

• Supervision and Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing Trade Operations team by providing training, fostering collaboration, and actively participating in strategic meetings with sales and leadership.
• International Trade & Operations: Manage end-to-end import and export logistics by overseeing supplier performance, optimizing transportation, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery of materials and products.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities, drive cost savings, and report on International Trade performance through clear, data-driven insights.
• Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations by applying lean principles, streamlining processes, and staying ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Project Management: Support Brazil Distribution by leading and contributing to local Supply Chain projects, serving as the subject matter expert and point of contact for International Trade topics.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and company policies by promoting safety practices, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvements across supply chain operations.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Management, or similar degree, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of the Brazilian International Trade Operations (taxes, regulations, etc.),
• Proficient in SAP, Radar (RFB) and other trading softwares.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working Proficiency in English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working proficiency in Spanish
• Certification in trade operations, such as Aduaneiras.
• Thorough understanding of special operations (drawback, ex-tariffs, bonded warehousing, etc.)
