CTS Group's São Paulo hub seeks a BIM Civil Engineer to develop and coordinate civil and structural BIM/Revit models for hyperscale data centre projects. You will ensure model accuracy, be involved from concept through IFC and as-built stages, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project standards and ISO 19650 principles.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 3–10 years of experience in BIM/Revit environments, with strong civil/structural design and model coordination on data centre projects.
• Advanced capability in Revit Structure, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC, and multidisciplinary model governance.
• Conversational English for collaboration with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain coordinated civil and structural BIM/Revit models from concept through IFC and as-built stages.
• Produce civil and structural drawings, layouts, grading plans, structural schedules, reinforcement information, quantities, and model-based deliverables.
• Run or support clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks and ACC or equivalent platforms.
• Apply BEPs, level of detail/information requirements, naming standards, quality controls, and ISO 19650 principles.
• Coordinate model interfaces with civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical stakeholders to support accurate, constructible outputs.
• Contribute to design reviews, coordination meetings, RFIs, submittals, site queries, and construction-phase support.

Role Overview

The BIM Civil Engineer supports the development, coordination, and delivery of civil and structural BIM/Revit models for hyperscale and colocation data centre projects. Working within CTS's São Paulo engineering hub, the role bridges civil engineering knowledge with BIM modelling and coordination practice — ensuring civil and structural models are accurate, clash-free, and aligned with project standards, client requirements, and applicable codes. The scope and level of ownership vary by experience band, from supporting model development under supervision (Junior), to owning civil/structural model delivery end-to-end (Intermediate), to defining BIM strategy and holding technical sign-off authority for the civil/structural discipline (Senior). This is an opportunity to build specialist expertise in civil BIM coordination within a fast-track, multidisciplinary project environment, alongside experienced engineers across CTS's global project portfolio.

• Apply project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), level of detail/information requirements, naming standards, quality controls, and ISO 19650 principles.
• Coordinate model interfaces with civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical stakeholders to support accurate, constructible, clash-free outputs.
• Contribute to design reviews, coordination meetings, RFIs, technical submittals, site queries, and construction-phase support.

• 3-10 years of experience in BIM/Revit environments, with a strong track record in civil/structural design and model coordination on mission-critical or data centre projects.
• Advanced capability in Revit Structure, Civil 3D, Navisworks, ACC, and multidisciplinary model governance.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 19650, BEPs, quality assurance, model sign-off, and stakeholder leadership.
• Conversational English for collaboration with international teams.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination ability, problem-solving skills, and ownership mindset.
• Interest in data centre, mission-critical, industrial, and digitally enabled construction projects.
