Mercor is seeking a Bilingual Writer - Portuguese (Brazil) for a remote, four-week contract. You will craft messages, emails, and notes, directing AI to perform actions like image generation, text formatting, and document summarization, while ensuring accurate transcripts and structured data logging.

Ideal candidates are native Brazilian Portuguese speakers, understand English instructions, and own a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3) running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese.
• Able to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Regular, everyday use of common productivity apps.
• Comfortable with detailed, structured data entry and self-directed quality review.

Responsabilités

• Use your voice to compose messages, emails, and notes across everyday apps.
• Direct the AI to take actions such as generating images, formatting text, applying spreadsheet formulas, or summarizing documents.
• Record accurate transcripts of your spoken queries and produce a cleaned-up transcript.
• Rate the AI's responses and log all task data in a structured tracking sheet.
• Upload supporting recordings to a shared drive.

Position: Bilingual Writer - Portuguese (Brazil)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $13 per task
Location: Remote
Duration: 4 weeks

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (raised/native to Brazil preferred).
• Able to understand and follow instructions in English.
• MUST own a Mac with an Apple Silicon chip (M1, M2, or M3) running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer.
• Regular, everyday use of common productivity apps (email, messaging, docs, spreadsheets, browsers).
• Comfortable with detailed, structured data entry and self-directed quality review.
