RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Engineering

1. Write high-quality, well-documented, efficient, tested, and maintainable code
2. Ensure and enhance observability and monitoring of applications
3. Proactively focus on improving technical aspects, standards, and overall team quality
4. Learn new programming languages as needed
5. Actively work on improving application security, performance, and stability
6. Conduct (and receive) high-quality code reviews for team members
7. Provide technical influence by contributing to well-founded discussions and aiming for objective and simple solutions
8. Propose architectural solutions while collaborating with and guiding team members to ensure both functional and non-functional requirements are met

Execution & Results

1. Estimate and plan deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the product team
2. Work with loosely defined or ambiguous requirements to refine solutions alongside the product team, stakeholders, and other team members
3. Develop incremental solutions with the product team to drive continuous improvement and delivery of applications
4. Prioritize automated testing, including E2E tests, to ensure application stability
5. Monitor and respond to incidents in production applications

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

1. Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related fields, or equivalent practical experience
3. Experience with technologies such as React, Next.js, AWS, and design systems
4. Experience in architecture and development of distributed systems
5. Experience with design tools like Figma
6. Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively
7. Experience in writing automated tests for frontend service

NICE TO HAVE:

1. Experience in developing projects from scratch, including architecture definition and documentation
2. Knowledge of building low- or high-fidelity screen prototypes
3. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend using GitHub Actions and AWS
