O candidato ideal deve ter experiência em área tributária e Graduação em Contabilidade, Direito, Administração ou Economia. Além disso, deve ser fluente em inglês e dominar o Microsoft Office. Qualificações

  • Experiência em área tributária.
  • Inglês avançado para conversação, leitura e escrita.
  • Proficiência em Excel, Word, PowerPoint e Outlook.

Responsabilidades

  • Controlar e executar tarefas relacionadas à área tributária.
  • Realizar cálculos e arquivamento de impostos diretos e indiretos.
  • Auxiliar no processo de fechamento tributário.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Control and execute tasks related to the area, including: document registration, bookkeeping of tax books, expense classification according to accounting criteria, account analysis and reconciliation.
  • Perform the calculation and filing of direct and indirect taxes and tax bookkeeping.
  • Support the tax closing process.
  • Assist with tax audits and participate in the analysis of the company’s tax procedures.
  • Help with the issuance and verification of electronic invoices (NF-e) and other tax documents.
  • Keep track of updates in tax and fiscal legislation, staying informed about changes that may impact the company.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve internal processes related to the fiscal department.

MUST HAVE:

  • Experience in the tax area.
  • Undergraduate degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Advanced English for conversation, reading, and writing.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience or internships in the tax area is a plus.
