Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION – BI Visualisation Analyst Location: São Paulo, Brazil (LATAM hub) Division: Latin America Line Manager: Senior Manager, Client Product Solutions (LATAM) Matrix Partner: Senior Data Engineer (LATAM) — for data quality, modelling and dashboard infrastructure Contract Terms: FTE

The Team

Latin America is one of Live Nation's fastest-growing regions for Ticketmaster, with significant investment underway across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile and Argentina. As the region scales, data and visibility become increasingly central — to commercial decision-making, to tracking strategic execution, and to ensuring leadership has a clear view of platform delivery, M&A integration, and ROI realisation. This role sits within the regional Business & Client Solutions team and is the dedicated reporting layer that gives regional leadership real-time confidence in where the business stands.

The Job

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced BI Visualisation Analyst to own the LATAM regional dashboards, KPIs, and reporting layer that give regional leadership and country MDs a continuous view of strategic progress, product and data roadmap delivery, M&A integration status, and ROI tracking against business cases. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working hands-on across DOMO, Databricks, and SQL to build dashboards that leaders actually use — visualisations that are clear, accurate, and current, and that surface the right signal at the right moment. You'll be willing to dive into the details of data modelling, source reliability, and dashboard design to make sure every output is trustworthy and decision-ready. You will work in close partnership with the Senior Data Engineer (as a matrix relationship) on data quality, modelling, and dashboard infrastructure, and with the Senior Manager, Business Cases & Opportunities on tracking ROI realisation against approved business cases. You will also operationalise the monthly LATAM Strategy report that goes to regional and global leadership. Cross-functional collaboration is at the heart of the role. You will work directly with the Senior Director, the three Senior Managers in the regional team, country MDs, and central data colleagues to understand what each audience needs to see, and design reporting that answers their questions clearly. You will be a strong communicator — able to translate raw data and complex calculations into clear, intuitive visualisations, tailoring outputs for diverse audiences from country operations team leads up to the regional Senior Director and global leadership.

What you will be doing

Build and maintain the LATAM regional dashboards in DOMO and Databricks, covering ticket volume, GTV, contribution margin, market share, ancillary revenue, M&A integration progress, and product and data roadmap delivery. Operationalise the monthly LATAM Strategy report pack — a single, current view of regional progress against the strategy, published to regional and global leadership. Build dashboards that track business case ROI realisation post-launch in close partnership with the Business Analyst and the Senior Manager, Business Cases & Opportunities — comparing projected returns against actuals and surfacing variances. Maintain the Lane 1 capacity tracker and the regional roadmap delivery dashboard, giving the Senior Manager, Client Product Solutions and the Senior Director visibility into roadmap health, run-the-business capacity, and delivery confidence. Partner with the Senior Data Engineer (matrix relationship) to make sure data sources are reliable, timely, modelled correctly, and trustworthy. Translate the requirements of country MDs, Regional Directors and the regional team into visualisations that answer the right questions at the right level of granularity. Identify, anticipate, and surface data quality issues, working with the Senior Data Engineer and the regional IT team to drive resolution. Provide ad-hoc analytical and visualisation support to the Senior Manager, Client Product Solutions and the wider team for executive presentations, country reviews, and global forums. Facilitate executive use of the dashboards created by offering support and training. Document dashboards, KPIs, and data definitions clearly so that the regional team and stakeholders interpret outputs consistently. Coordinate closely with central BI and data colleagues to ensure regional dashboards align with global definitions where appropriate, and leverage existing global infrastructure.

What you need to know (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Portuguese or Spanish required (ideally both). Strong expertise in DOMO and/or Databricks; advanced SQL; comfort with data modelling and the design of trustworthy reporting layers. 3–5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or visualisation, ideally in a platform, ticketing, e-commerce, or media business. Able to build rapport quickly to establish trust, respect and confidence with internal stakeholders at all levels — from operations team leads to regional and global leadership. Excellent facilitation skills to conduct working sessions that translate ambiguous business questions into concrete reporting requirements. Strong design sensibility — visualisations that are clear, intuitive, and tell a story, not just charts on a page. International travel could be required, up to 4 weeks per year.

You (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)

Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision, while providing accountability of progress through regular reporting and communication. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage expectations across multiple parallel reporting streams and stakeholder demands. A self-starter and creative problem-solver with the ability to quickly understand the commercial mechanics of a new business area and translate them into reporting that matters. Pragmatic in approach and delivery focused — the production of timely, accurate, decision-ready outputs is the predominant driver. Intellectually honest — willing to flag when the data does not support the narrative, or when a metric is misleading, rather than just delivering what was asked for.
