• Data Quality and Insights: Ensure benefit data accuracy and generate insights through data analysis.
• Healthcare Accredited Network Analysis and Performance Assessment: Drive improvements to enhance cost and quality effectiveness of the accredited network.
• Benefits Business Cases Development: Prioritize initiatives based on feasibility and impact assessments.
• Healthcare Projects Implementation: Manage healthcare project rollouts, ensuring timely planning and execution.
• Benefits Communication: Engage employees effectively and clarify their benefits, usage, and responsibilities.
• Executive Presentations: Prepare benefits presentations for stakeholders.

Additional Job Description

Qualifications:

• Intermediate English skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI and other Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of benefits practices, especially health plans.
• Ability to analyze and interpret benefits-related data.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
