3. Benefit’s Business Cases Development: Develop business cases by assessing feasibility and impact to prioritize initiatives.

4. Healthcare Projects Implementation: Manage the rollout of healthcare projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and proper execution.

5. Benefits’ Communication: Ensure effective engagement and that employees have a clear understanding of their benefits, usage, and responsibilities.
