Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service. This role thrives in a commission-driven environment and focuses on achieving sales goals while delivering an engaging client experience.

You will handle cash, maintain a clean salon, and complete daily administrative tasks while helping customers choose tanning and skincare options.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning services and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintains a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
