BCG X is seeking an Entry Level AI Engineer in Brazil to join a unified Engineering track across Software and Data disciplines. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to build digital products and data-driven solutions.

You will work with cutting-edge technologies, translate business needs into technical solutions, and contribute to agile teams in a fast-paced, global environment. Hybrid work is offered in Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; graduation window Dec 2026–Jul 2027.
• 6–10 months of relevant internship or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Java, or JavaScript.

In Your Day-to-day, You Will

• Collaborate with BCG Consulting and BCG X teams to solve complex business and technology challenges
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software and data solutions across different technical domains

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, with graduation between December 2026 to July 2027
• 6 to 10 months of relevant internship or equivalent work experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, or similar
• Available to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro
• Foundational knowledge of software and/or data engineering concepts, including databases and APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

What Will Set You Apart

• Hands-on technical experience - academic projects, research, or previous internships
• Engagement with the tech community through hackathons, courses, or industry events
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or modern engineering tools
