We are looking for a hands‑on AWS Cloud & Kubernetes Systems Administrator to join a fast‑paced engineering environment supporting cloud infrastructure and containerized workloads running on AWS.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters. You'll work closely with senior infrastructure leadership while following established architecture, security standards, and change management processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, and related services.
- Monitor cloud environments using CloudWatch and respond to operational alerts and incidents.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure performance issues, outages, and system failures.
- Administer Kubernetes clusters (AWS EKS or self‑managed), ensuring cluster health and workload availability.
- Manage Kubernetes resources including pods, deployments, services, namespaces, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and RBAC.
- Perform deployments, rollouts, rollbacks, and application updates using kubectl and Helm.
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes issues such as pod failures, scheduling problems, resource constraints, and node health.
- Automate operational tasks using CloudFormation, AWS Systems Manager, scripting, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes for cloud workloads.
- Assist with security operations, IAM administration, vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain accurate infrastructure documentation and follow established change management procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to support upgrades, scaling, and platform improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS core services: EC2 VPC S3 RDS IAM
- Experience monitoring AWS environments using CloudWatch.
- Daily experience using kubectl for cluster administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing: Pods Deployments Services Namespaces ConfigMaps Secrets
- Experience troubleshooting Kubernetes workloads, resource limits, scheduling issues, and cluster health.
- Experience deploying applications using Helm.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes RBAC and namespace‑level access control.
- Experience with AWS EKS.
- Strong troubleshooting, incident response, and operational support skills.
- Excellent documentation and change management practices.
- Professional English communication skills.
Nice To Have Skills
- AWS certifications (SysOps Administrator, Solutions Architect, or equivalent).
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA or similar).
- Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
- Terraform experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines deploying to Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS Systems Manager.
- Cloud cost optimization and resource tagging strategies.
- Backup and Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
- Security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience working in highly available production environments
