Job Title: Financial Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Operational routines:
   • Debt collection and negotiation of overdue payments.
   • Financial entries of internal expenses (accounting and cost centers).
   • Control and analysis of expenses for strategic cost reduction actions.
   • Generation of detailed financial reports to support management.
   • Monitoring revenues on platforms like Eduzz and Asaas.
2. Strategic development:
   • Propose improvements in financial data flow and reports.
   • Ensure organization and accuracy in financial control routines.
   • Contribute to more efficient and profitable financial management.
3. Internal support:
   • Clear and objective communication with managers and team for assertive decision-making.
   • Support financial demands that directly impact business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Technical or higher education in Administration or Production Engineering (ongoing or completed).
• Proven experience in financial routines.
• Analytical profile, organized, with high attention to detail.
