Responsibilities

• Registering products by inserting descriptions, images, and categories on the website and Amazon;
• Optimizing ads by monitoring and improving product visibility and conversion;
• Tracking orders, updating statuses, and ensuring efficient delivery;
• Customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly;
• Managing stock by controlling and updating inventory information in the system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or ongoing higher education;
• Desirable knowledge in the commercial sector;
• Experience with ERPs and Seller Central is a plus.
