Responsibilities:

1. Assist in food preparation, following recipes and instructions provided;
2. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards;
3. Help serve food, if necessary;
4. Receive and store ingredients and kitchen supplies;
5. Participate in stock requests and periodic inventory checks.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Kitchen Assistant or similar role;
• Knowledge of food preparation and production;
• Familiarity with hygiene and food safety standards;
• Ability to work in a team and stay calm during high demand periods;
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
