Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is seeking a skilled technician to assemble, align, and set up automated machinery for PCBA and semiconductor applications. The role requires reading assembly instructions and CAD/CAM drawings to ensure precise assembly.

You will use hand and power tools, perform calibrations, and troubleshoot alignment issues. The job is a one-year contract with 5 days/week and overtime up to 72 hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in machine assembly or precision machining.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, PCBA, and semiconductor equipment.
• Good with Control Panel Wiring.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing tools.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

Location: North
Working days:5 days/week
Working hours: 830am - 530pm + OT up to 72hrs

1 Year Contract (Convertible after Contract Ends)

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, align, and set up automated and robotic machinery for industrial automation, especially in PCBA and semiconductor applications,

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, AutoCAD 2D, and SolidWorks 3D drawings to execute accurate assembly work.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment for mechanical assembly, calibration, and adjustments.

• Troubleshooting and resolving assembly or alignment issues.

Requirements:

• Previous hands-on experience in machine assembly or a background in precision machining.

• Familiarity with industrial automation, PCBA, and semi-conductor equipment.

• Good with Control Panel Wiring

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and knowledge of manufacturing software tools (SAP).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Able to work under pressure.

• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
