We are seeking a highly skilled technical solutions specialist to join our Centre of Excellence (COE) to drive enablement and adoption of EcoStruxure Automation Expert (EAE). This position involves working closely with sales teams to provide deep technical expertise and advanced troubleshooting to support EAE implementation in customer solutions.

This role requires deep technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and business stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

1. Providing technical pre-sales support on automation & control system architectures to accelerate sales and increase conversion rates using EAE.
2. Acting as a technical SME at the customer site to define and implement optimal automation & control system architectures with EAE.
3. Identifying technical requirements and constraints for EAE adoption and proposing suitable solutions.
4. Explaining and demonstrating the technical advantages and disadvantages of proposed architectures using EAE.
5. Creating solution architectures and demos to support sales efforts, highlighting EAE's value.

The candidate should be self-motivated, driven, and possess a 'must win' mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a matrix organization. Influencing and motivating others without direct authority is essential. The role demands an early adopter with technical intensity and commercial acumen to drive sales growth.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT programming, or related fields.
• Experience in embedded software engineering, with a strong IT focus preferred.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming, Windows/Linux development, Docker/Kubernetes, virtualization, and C# programming for HMI integration.
• Networking experience with LAN, WAN, VLAN, routers, and protocols like TCP/IP, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, HTTPS, MQTT.
• Ability to develop code and design system architectures for industrial applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP.
• Deep expertise in PLC programming, SCADA/DCS, and industrial networking.
• Extensive experience in designing and deploying large-scale automation solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• At least 5 years of experience in automation solution development and programming.

This role requires approximately 50% travel.
