A Housekeeping Attendant will support all Housekeeping and Laundry with guest requests by analyzing each request and delegating tasks among team members to ensure efficient and timely service, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will support all Housekeeping and Laundry team activities by delegating daily tasks within the hotel. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service in all areas of Housekeeping and Laundry, aligned with hotel brand standards.
• Monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, with a focus on training and teamwork.
• Providing excellent guest service.
• Managing room availability and release, in coordination with Floor Housekeeping Supervision.
• Controlling department operations, including employee scheduling, key management, incident logging, and linen and uniform control.
• Checking guest information in CRM daily to meet guest preferences and requests timely.
• Requesting flowers for special occasions and providing embroidered linen for events.
• Managing monthly Lost and Found items and donations.
• Checking uniforms, arranging cleaning or repairs.
• Coordinating document and personnel traffic within the department, including daily linen releases.
• Handling guest laundry requests and managing laundry expenses monthly.
• Replacing Laundry Attendants during absences or days off.
