A Housekeeping Attendant supports all Housekeeping and Laundry operations by managing guest requests and delegating tasks within the team to ensure efficient service and an exceptional guest experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will assist the Housekeeping and Laundry teams in daily operations by delegating tasks and maintaining high standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service in Housekeeping and Laundry according to hotel brand standards
• Monitoring team performance and providing training to promote teamwork
• Providing excellent guest service
• Managing room availability and coordinating with Floor Housekeeping Supervision
• Controlling department operations, including key management, incident logging, and linen and uniform handling
• Checking guest information in CRM to meet preferences and requests
• Requesting flowers and special linen embroidery for occasions
• Managing Lost and Found and donations monthly
• Overseeing uniforms for cleaning or repair
• Controlling document and personnel traffic within the department, including linen release and laundry services
• Handling daily guest laundry requests
• Closing monthly laundry expenses and supplies
• Replacing Laundry Attendants during absences
