A Housekeeping Attendant will support all Housekeeping and Laundry operations with guest requests, analyzing each request and delegating tasks among team members to ensure work is done efficiently and in a timely manner, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will support the Housekeeping and Laundry teams by delegating daily activities within the hotel. Specific responsibilities include:

• Maintaining high operational standards in Housekeeping and Laundry according to hotel brand standards
• Monitoring the appearance, standards, and performance of team members, focusing on training and teamwork
• Providing excellent guest service
• Managing room availability and release in coordination with Floor Housekeeping Supervision
• Controlling department operations, including employee scheduling, key management, incident logging, and linen and uniform handling
• Checking guest information in CRM to meet preferences and requests timely
• Requesting flowers and embroidery for special occasions and linen enhancements
• Managing Lost and Found items and donations
• Checking and coordinating uniform cleaning and repairs
• Controlling document and personnel traffic within the department, including linen release and laundry operations
• Handling guest clothing releases for laundry service
• Closing monthly laundry expenses
• Replacing Laundry Attendants during absences
