What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will uphold the highest quality standards for food and beverage operations across our dining venues and room service. You will collaborate with team members to provide a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations, including:

• Receiving orders and serving customer requests promptly, including roles such as barista or bartender if required
• Understanding menu content, updates, and promotions
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-prepared service area
• Managing customer account settlements efficiently
• Responding to guest queries politely and helpfully
