About The Job

The Customer Intelligence team is hiring a Prospect Development Specialist (Sales Development) to generate sales pipeline growth through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and innovative client engagement for SAS’s Marketing Technology solution – Customer Intelligence 360.

You will execute strategic sales and marketing activities involving prospective and current customers, focusing on prospect pipeline development and customer experience management to support new business acquisition.

As a Prospect Development Specialist, you will:

  • Arrange and conduct discovery meetings to qualify potential sales opportunities and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Create compelling and tailored messaging, email marketing, and outreach strategies to attract new and existing clients.
  • Execute prospecting campaigns across channels such as email, phone, social media, webinars, and virtual events.
  • Generate, maintain, and optimize leads, opportunities, and client interactions within our CRM system to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Identify and target potential clients and partners through market research, social media, and licensed tools.
  • Organize and staff networking events (in-person and virtual) to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our software products and communicate their value propositions through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create innovative lead generation and deal-closing strategies.
Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish a professional network.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • Proactive, initiative-taking, and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Aligned with SAS values: curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Martech (Marketing Technology).
  • Background in marketing, customer experience, or data analytics.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
