Get to Know our Team:

The Marketing Innovations Team at Agoda identifies & develops new marketing channels with high growth potential. This department is highly creative, data-driven, and focused on developing at-scale marketing programs that ensure Agoda’s leadership in emerging channels. The team comprises analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists. Our leadership has deep experience in data science, product, strategy, and marketing, fostering an environment of data, creativity, and technology. You will learn and grow by working closely with global experts.

In this role, you’ll get to:
  • Spearhead development, execution, and optimization strategies for new & emerging marketing channels
  • Analyze large, complex datasets on channel performance, user behavior, and market trends to generate insights
  • Design experiments (e.g., A/B tests) and evaluate campaign effectiveness to inform data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with business functions to identify opportunities and interpret data trends using tools like SQL or Tableau
  • Communicate findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management
What you’ll need to succeed:
  • 5+ years in Data Analysis or related projects involving big data, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing. Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or Finance is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel to analyze data and generate insights
  • Innovative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges creatively and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create impactful presentations
  • Stakeholder management skills, including influencing and persuading at various organizational levels
Nice to have:
  • Experience in digital or social media marketing
  • Experience with hypothesis testing, statistical analysis, and using Python/R for data analysis
