Job summary

HealthRecon Connect is seeking an Associate – Collections to join our team in Brazil. The role focuses on collecting and resolving patient accounts, meeting KPIs, and maintaining accuracy in the revenue cycle processes.

The position features a night shift (7:30 PM to 4:00 AM) and a hybrid work arrangement with some on-site requirements. Applicants should have a Bachelor's or current pursuit in Finance/Healthcare/Business, at least 1 year in BPO, and RCM experience.

Qualifications

• Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or academic/professional qualification in Finance, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the BPO sector is mandatory.
• At least 12 months of RCM experience, preferably in hospital medical Collections, will be an added advantage.
• Detailed knowledge and understanding of the patient revenue cycle continuum.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Important: HealthRecon Connect currently operates under a hybrid work arrangement (3 days at office), with the number of remote workdays varying by team. However, depending on client deliverables and business needs, employees may be required to work on-site for all five weekdays.
