Responsibilities and Duties
You will be responsible for directly generating lists for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients, aiming to pass the best opportunities to the sales team. Additionally, you will generate insights to improve prospecting processes.
- Segment and manage prospecting lists using commercial intelligence strategies and technology;
- Map information about prospects, identifying decision-makers via phone, email, or social media to present our products/services;
- Understand and neutralize main objections from potential clients;
- Enhance and gather commercial information;
- Identify sales opportunities and present our products/services;
- Schedule meetings to close sales between potential clients and our sales executives;
- Make initial contact with leads;
- Work on social selling and deepen relationships with leads through social channels;
- Share knowledge about prospect behavior with sales and marketing teams;
- Provide insights to the commercial team for defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP);
- Actively improve prospecting processes;
- Interface between sales and marketing;
- Achieve opportunity targets;
- Develop automation within prospecting tools.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree completed;
- Experience with CRM and LinkedIn for sales techniques;
- Knowledge of B2B digital product sales campaigns;
- Desirable knowledge in social selling and SPIN selling;
- Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite.
