This role involves:

1. Attending to the demands of Operations and Customer Success, dispatching materials for events, bars, restaurants, and hubs;
2. Conducting systematic checks and receipts upon return from events;
3. Managing the sorting, cleaning, and charging of batteries in equipment (Smart POS);
4. Ensuring stock balance accuracy versus system view;
5. Performing annual inventory counts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Attend to the demands of Operations and Customer Success, dispatching materials for events, bars, restaurants, and hubs;
• Conduct systematic checks and receipts upon return from events;
• Manage sorting, cleaning, and charging of batteries in equipment (Smart POS);
• Ensure stock balance accuracy versus system view;
• Perform annual inventory counts.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Excel;
• Availability for all shifts, including night shifts;
• Previous experience with inventory, verification, and dispatch of materials;
• Willingness to work 100% onsite;
• Experience in Payment Methods is a plus;
• Experience in startup environments with fast-paced and constantly changing work models is desirable.
