We are looking for a commercial assistant to work at one of our Daycred stores. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, this is an excellent opportunity.

Responsibilities and Tasks

The main goal is to make sales and meet business targets in a consultative manner. This includes prospecting and serving customers directly in the store or via phone and email. Tasks involve entering and monitoring proposals, as well as system consultations. You will also work on retaining and fidelizing clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a Junior Commercial Assistant, it is important to:

• Enjoy sales and the commercial area;
• Have completed high school education;
• Have experience in sales;
• Having experience in account credit within the segment is a plus;
• Possess negotiation skills;
• Experience in active telemarketing is desirable;
• Possess FBB 110 certification, or we will provide training if you do not have it;
• Be available to work from Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 6 pm, and on Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
