Job Description

Analyzing customer registration forms and documents, and (in some cases) authorizing credit based on pre-established levels (autonomy levels).

Responsibilities and assignments

• Evaluate the financial capacity of individual clients;
• Analyze registration information, financial history, and perform calculations necessary for credit approval;
• Provide support to branches.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or pursuing higher education in Administration, Management Processes, or related fields;
• Experience in customer service;
• Organization skills;
• Teamwork ability.

Additional information

• Working hours: Monday to Saturday, Sundays on rotational shifts;
• Work location: Matriz Schumann - Chapecó.
