Job Description

Assist the business manager with purchasing processes, including listing orders for suppliers, anticipating orders for management, monitoring stock levels, and communicating purchasing needs. Verify and process exchanges and returns with suppliers, monitor order and delivery timelines, and update internal databases with order and supplier information. Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts, follow company SOPs, safety standards, and internal manuals. Oversee deliveries from the warehouse to stores, ensuring volume and quality standards are met.
