Job summary

SEA Singapore in São Paulo seeks a senior financing professional to support structuring and execution of strategic financing initiatives. You will analyze cash flows, assess risk, and optimize deal structures using advanced financial modelling.

Responsibilities include maintaining structured financing transactions (ABS) and collaborating on partnerships to secure long-term capital for expansion, with involvement in ad hoc group-wide projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant full-time experience in DCM and/or ABS.
• Ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
