Sea is seeking a seasoned finance professional to support the structuring and execution of strategic financing initiatives. You will leverage financial modelling to analyze cash flows, assess risk, and optimize deal structures, while maintaining complex transactions such as ABS.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to secure long-term capital for global expansion and contribute to group-wide strategic projects on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant full-time working experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and/or Asset-backed Securities (ABS), preferably fintech lending.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders.

You will be part of a high-performing and dynamic team looking at the various financing transactions and special projects for the brand and its subsidiaries to achieve its financial objectives.

Job Description

• Supporting the structuring and execution of various strategic and financing initiatives
• Utilize financial modelling skills to analyze cash flows, assess risk factors, and optimize deal structures.
• Ongoing maintenance of structured financing transactions (such as ABS).
• Collaborate on the analysis and negotiation of strategic partnerships to secure long-term, sustainable capital that fuels our global expansion initiatives
• Any other special projects on an ad hoc basis on a group level.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a finance or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant full-time working experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and/or Asset-backed Securities (ABS), preferably dealing with fintech lending companies
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders
